Mansour is the founder of M&Co. and also the Group Chief Executive Officer of the Al Sayegh Group (ASG), a family owned conglomerate established by his father in 1980.

Mansour started his career with Mubadala Development Company before moving on to Corporate Banking before he settled down into the family business where he is responsible for overseeing all group companies.

Mansour has an extensive network in both the Private & Public sectors in the UAE, sits on various Public Government Committees in Abu Dhabi and is a trusted Advisor in the Abu Dhabi business community.

Christian has been living in UAE for almost 15 years where he has been involved with various companies in different industries.

After graduating from the Norwegian School of Economics & Business Administration (NHH) in 2002, Christian started his career with Ernst & Young Oslo, Norway before moving on to an International EY task force being sent on different assignments in Europe & the United States.

Christian enjoyed working in an international environment and moved to Abu Dhabi in 2006 where he took up the position as the CFO of a Norwegian Oil Service Company. Later he joined Strata Manufacturing, a Mubadala Aerospace Company as their Finance Manager assisting them in setting up their Finance Department. Since 2014, Christian has been working in Leadership positions for different companies associated with ASG.

With his diverse background in Financial Management and leadership position, Christian complements Mansour’s capabilities in M&Co.

Eric Redon has been living in UAE for 15 years and has almost 25 years of experience in Energy sector with various international companies across the world. After been graduated with a Master Degree in Construction in France in 1998, Eric started his career with Saipem with various project assignments in Africa, India, China and France before moving on to Technip in UAE in 2007 to have various managerial role in the GCC.

Eric enjoyed working in an international environment and moved to SNC Lavalin in 2017 to cover Middle East and North Africa for Mining Sector from Abu Dhabi Following another experience in Archirodon Eric decided to join ASG as Director of Business Development Eric is bringing experience in different business and project management roles throughout the world with his diverse background and leadership position in the Middle East, Eric complements capabilities of M&Co organization.

Francesco has been living in GCC for more than 12 years managing his own companies in the OIL&GAS industrial services.

After graduating in Mechanical Engineering in 2004 in Parma Italy, Francesco started his career in BMW group to move to OIL&GAS OEM's components that he is still operating today in the ME area.

From 2012, he acquired all the procedures and capabilities to work with Saudi Aramco, ADNOC, KOC and other main oil companies. With his team, structures and principals represent a support for all the EPC (Saipem, Tecnimont, L&T, Technip, Tecnicas Reunidas, McDermottand…) and Drilling contractors companies (Saipem, KCA Deutag, Arabian Drilling, Synopec, Nabors, Weatherford…) operating in the area.

His management background and skilled attitude along with the knowledge of the market needs, match perfectly with M&Co’s philosophy to be a single source reference for all it’s customers and partners.

Ayaesha is a dynamic Client Relationship Manager who offers significant expertise to M&Co. and its clients. She has been working in different positions for various companies under the ASG banner since 2013. Her understanding of unique client needs allows her to design and strategize an exceptional structured approach to fulfill all client requirements. She is in charge of all client pre-qualification and registration with Government entities and large private companies.

Ayaesha has graduated with a Hons. Degree in Bachelor of Arts and has a Master’s Certificate from Cornell University, USA.
